How will I get my points? +

Simply use the floating PLC icon to sign in and after making a purchase or completing a task credit will be applied to your account. (PLC icon is in the bottom left of the screen)

How will I redeem them? +

Click on the floating PLC icon and click spend credit. There you will be able to select how much credit you would like to transfer into a credit coupon. The code generated can be used in checkout. (PLC icon is in the bottom left of the screen)

How much does it cost? +

It's free, you simply need to fill in your contact info. You'll be on our mailing list. We thank your loyalty with credit for your next purchase.

Where can I see a record of my credit? +

Click on the floating PLC logo to open the 'wallet' and view your account records and more ways to earn credit.

Do I earn credit on everything? +

Yes, but rewards are on a sliding scale, as a standard member sale items earn 4% credit, full price items earn 8%

What about membership? +

By signing up you'll become a PLC 'standard' member and earn 4% on sale items and 8% on full price items, after shopping with us 3 times you'll automatically become a 'loyal member' and earn 1.25% more credit on purchases, that boosts discount to around 5% on sale items and 10% on full price ones.
