We're looking to grow our school team and run an exciting 2024 together.
Poole has a variety of waist deep lagoons and wave breaks which are ideal for learning, progressing and adventuring by both kite and wing. The beaches, town and night life is pretty good too.
We're excited to fill our school diary next year with coaching, rental, sessions, events, BBQs and more. We're looking for like minded people who love to {or would love to} work within and embrace the watersports lifestyle with us.
We can't promise warm water and steady winds, but helping us grow and support a great kite and wing community from Sandbanks, we're loking for positive, outgoing people who like to be a part of a team, but are also ready to motivate themselves to inspire others. The core role will be teaching, but you'll have the opportunity to be involved in all the other exciting things we've got planned in Sandbanks and at our second site in Newquay too.
A good attitude and passion to ride is key, we can help with the required kite and/or wing teaching qualification if needed. Whether it's a sideline or your main job, we're just stoked to have the right people involved.
Wind and waves are life, so days will be varied. Sometimes long, sometimes short, not fun and games all the time but always part of a company that puts its' team and the local scene first.
Offering a great pay rate, full flexibility on hours and a list of perk that ensures you can always ride, we're building our team now for an April 2024 kick off.
