A message of appreciation + apology
As a retailer I see myself as a trusted source of information and advice, a route to try kit and a place to purchase gear from at a competitive price with a speedy delivery. I should be easily contactable and quick to react in helping people get even more stoked. I pride myself on these things and appreciate the customers that choose to have a relationship with me, however lately a home renovation project has got us swimming so deep in cob, lime render, concrete and timber my efficiency has had some glitches (not as many as our project).
So - a message to say thanks to everyone choosing Poseidon for your go-to for kit and a sorry to the few people who might have had a delay in getting their kit or getting a call back.
Rest assured my fingers remains on the pulse and hopefully you find my knowledge and support makes up for the admin short falls.
As clocks change I'll be back to full efficiency, regular shop opening times, a spring social in the works and hopefully plenty of shredding together.
